Our offer includes loan and bid guarantees. Currently, our guarantee capital allows us to provide guarantees of more than PLN 200 million and it is an excellent alternative to other forms of collateral for loans, credits, and bid security.

What is a guarantee?
A guarantee helps to secure a loan or credit.
Under the contract, the guarantor (Agency) assures an institution (bank/loan fund) that it will pay the borrower’s debt in case the borrower defaults.
Who can take advantage of our guarantees?
Micro, small and medium-sized businesses can become clients (link – https://kwalifikator.parp.gov.pl/), provided they have their registered offices and/or conduct business in the Municipality of Szczecin and neighboring municipalities, or other municipalities of the Western Pomerania Province when the Agency has still guarantee capital available.
What can the guarantee cover?
- investment loans,
- investment credits,
- working capital loans,
- revolving loans,
What can our guarantee apply to?
The guarantee can be used to secure investment or working capital. So far, the Agency provided loan guarantees for companies to purchase the following:
- real estate/land and premises;
- vehicles, e.g. tractors, specialized cars, buses, backhoe loaders, and yachts;
- machines and equipment, e.g. medical equipment, machinery, including bakery equipment, loader and electronic vehicle scales, offset printer, dental equipment, and drill rig;
- production halls, holiday resort, and catering trailer;
- building of leisure facility, fiber optic network;
- renovation/adaptation of premises/facility, kindergarten, and dental office;
- modernization of a marketplace;
- building of an ice rink, nursing home, self-service car wash, truck wash, warehouse and production hall.
